Lol AMD's GPU crown is always short-lived. But without AMD, Nvidia wouldn't be pushing the boundaries, competition 4tw

You could probably make profit off this card in a few months of Bitcoin mining :-)

Please tell us what the PC minimum spec is.

PC min spec always increases with new console generations. You're posting games that were held back by consoles...not low end PCs, they just happen to play on low end PCs because consoles have relative performance.

If a game's required specs do not meet a Steam demographic for target sales, developers will likely not port the game at all.

FYI there are more than 5 million Steam gamers with a 560 Ti or better, with newer and cheaper cards coming s...

"What about the danger of influencing younger players, who haven't yet been subjected to an opinion on the subject of racism?"

Uhh, rated M for Mature

Yea, I'm waiting for Haswell, then probably picking up a Surface Pro

You have NO clue how this thing works do you?

It streams a PC game from your desktop over your home wifi-network only.

It also can play Android games, Wooo Angry Birds with a controller!

If Nvidia can integrate their GRID system into this then I'll consider buying it.

Umm that's just what I said, if they can get it to play PC games out of the home network I may consider it, don't really care about Android games they're trash.

If they can get it to work over wifi while I'm not home I could see myself using it, but I don't see the point in playing my PC on a small screen in another room...with a controller.

Wow they beat out Bank of America, that is not easily done.

That was the best you could come up with?

Wonder if they will bundle these with cable company contracts, your choice: DVR model 1, DVR model 2, or Xbox 720.

Yea, AMD has given up trying to compete with Intel on the high end. Intel leads the world in lithography techniques.

Um yes, it's the same architecture as PC...so naturally porting will be easy aside from OpenGL vs DX.

@KingPin

You wouldn't have a next gen console if AMD hadn't done R&D to develop that tech, R&D can't be done without income, income can only occur with consumers. Consumers ARE buying this hardware you are slamming(AMD and Nvidia). Without advances in PC, there are no next gen consoles.

There are a lot more incentives to owning a nice PC than ultra super HD, some people just prefer the control schemes, or freedom of an open platform, or certain games such as RTS/MMO/F2P/Sim/Indie Kickstarters that just are not available on consoles. League of Legends is the most played game in the world...

Should Nvidia and AMD stop progressing GPU tech because you're ok with a console? I would hope not

I guess it's true then, you get what you pay for.

Looks like Nvidia was right all along, oh well at least it will only be $500.
