I have to disagree. Showing support for the PS2 doesn't necessarily mean it takes support from the PS3. I mean, look at what they are doing with Killzone 2 and all the brilliant games that have come out and have yet to come out. Why kill it off? Not everybody in the world can afford the PS3 which has been stated SEVERAL times so to kill it off you're just making the customer go to the next cheapest console out there....The Wii or the 360 arcade.
As for me, I can still play PS2 ga...

Not really the first Jrpg out in Japan for the PS3. Eternal Sonata has also been out.
Man, it's sad to watch that the PC may only ever have one viable MMORPG.
Damn, well I liked Assassins Creed ending. It's like the real story is just begining (and probably because my dad's a freemason and had a ton of questions to ask him afterwards lol)

I REALLY liked the Wolverine game on the PS2 and the funny thing is it had Hugh Jackman's mug on the cover which nearly made me pass on it as I thought it was tied into the movie. Luckily it had nothing to do with the movie (bloody marketing scam) and was brilliant. Fantastic voice work by Mark Hamil!

Yeah, I think everybody expects this to happen. But the thing is, the reviewers that do this have to be very careful about how they review future fps's on any system from now on, because all the faults that are called out in Killzone 2 BETTER not be in ANY fps they play in the future as they will be called out.
I can't wait to see what reviewer will dare give a higher score for graphics to another console fps this generation!
I have to agree. In two years, if a console doesn't have at least 10 good games that I'm interested in, it's a waste of money to me. In two years, there was MUCH MUCH more to like on the Megadrive, Snes, PS1, PS2 and Xbox.
I really liked the music. Of course it's just a matter of opinion as I can only "tolerate" one song in the entire Burnout Paradise soundtrack. Thank goodness they allowed custom soundtrack and released the classic Burnout tunes!

Well, I'm loving Resi 2! Playing a lot of fps in the past has got me really bored of them, which is why I didn't pick up COD:WAW. In fact I only own Resi 1, The Darkness (which isn't really a FPS but is bloody brilliant!) and now Resi 2. I love the weapons in the game as they are so different (Just got my hands on the Wraith...epic!) I will get Killzone 2 only because I have the first one and Liberation on the PSP and they felt a bit different to the hundreds of other fps's out there. I bet K...
Well, I don't discriminate/favour any type of gamer. I shoot/beat-up/stomp all men, women and children gamers equally :)

There is absolutely NO excuse for SSF2HDR to not be on the European store yet! I mean for gods sake, it came out on the 360 in Europe ages ago!!

The PS2, in my opinion, is the best console ever made! It should get it's own monument lol.
....and to think, I remember when I bought my Japanese import one ages ago, all I heard was all the negativity towards it, how it wouldn't sell and how it's very hard to develop for :)
