That's funny you should say that! I am usually quite a patient guy, and just cruise along life and seeing films, video games or comics come up at good times. This is the first time since I was a kid that I have been so emotionally invested =P

If you read the article, it does say the game was put on indefinite hold, but not cancelled.
StarCraft: Ghost was said to have zero people working on it as late as last BlizzCon, but still not cancelled, only "on ice".

I think the Wii platform can be used for so much more than sports games etc, since that's what it's most known for. More shooters for the wii! ;)

It's true, but they could do that closer to when they need it, and if anyone else registered it to spite them, they would likely win a battle over the trademark, due to previous registrations.
