He still has cred in my book, from making D2. HGL was fun too, just too buggy. Lack of funds, obviously.
"Senator"? =)
Yeah, it's a very cool idea. We'll see. Just because WoW have avoided player housing and everything about it has made other devs careful as well. People tend to forget that the first SW MMO had some good points.
Sounds almost like a Blizzard game by name. I guess they broke that "monopoly" now. Yeah, I'd much rather have had a present-day MMO in GTA style...
Oh! StarWars Bounty Hunter class o.O!
That's a pretty decent score. Is it like a GTA clone?
Sonic has a voice? Ug...
About hedgehogs as a race? =)
Do the ads go on UK tv? Do you have a youtube clip of it or something?
Oh, you mean they will then hire more people locally?
They are indeed very nice, and quite overpriced. Perhaps that's the reason for the downsize in the first place, and increased markets is a cry for help?
Lol, well, I am a bit surprised, actually, I thought they said that gaming was one of the businesses that would keep on growing through the recession?
Well, downsizing is usually a negative sign, regardless of how you spin it...
You know what I mean. Not that he wouldn't be a nice guy, but just that the interview seems really open and personal.
Lol, sounding almost therapeutic now =)
That seems a bit like an overstatement....
While I agree with you, I find it extremely unlikely that he would return to Blizzard. they don't normally re-hire people that left, and he's even now made statements about the art in D3 etc. Probably not popular.
Yeah, I'd really like Western company (which one is that again?) to pick it up again, or perhaps sell the Western rights cheaply to Hanbitsoft...
Yeah, seems like a very nice guy.
That's really nice. I did have quite a bit of love for Hellgate AND Mythos, so it's ins a morbid sense actually nice to know he was devastated after it broke.
I don't mean it in a horrible way, but just that obviously he invested a lot of energy into it, and it's a little bit like losing a child, albeit brainchild.
Point is, he won;t be doing that mistake again! =)
Oh, lol!
That is quite funny.
Children, children, stop fighting =)
Just read the article, and it makes more sense ;)
