It's actually an IQ test on game knowledge... basically multiple choice answers on common game play areas. Todays questions pertained to Halo and Modern Warfare.
@piratetom... what the article failed to mention is that this lack of shadow in this particular area is also in the PS3 at the same moment. And XBox 360 and PS3 both have same shadow through out the rest of the game too. Their is shadow casting on your character... but not in ALL areas. But again... both systems shadows are identical.
If you go to their site then yes... they say they are focusing on multi-player game and not a single player aspect. Sad.
Really...? What about this reminds you of Killzone? I am interested.
Finally a video showing in game view of character. Giving credit where credit is due. This looks good.... BUT I hear there is no story. I will not buy a multiplayer only game. If you can't bring me a story with the game then don't bring it. Where is my next Mech Assault??!!!
Seeing that an appearance pack goes for $2 don't expect anything with actual gameplay to be less then $6.
Based on other downloaded add ons. Really isn't much different in cost. And the people will determine if they want it or not.
Maybe it was the words Socom and Move in the same sentence that made all the disagrees?
I will add a disagree to that post for you. (and give you a ball-peen hammer and you still are just talk)
Loved Deus Ex but it didn't rank in the atmosphere department.
I would have had to put Condemned and Alan Wake on the list. Condemned ranked right up there with F.E.A.R. on the shock meter... thinking every second something was going to jump out and attack you. Alan Wake just oozed atmosphere. Why is Half Life 2 on the list? And Fallout 3? Really?...
"But he still gets interviews with the big devs"... haha... like the Devs care if he is good or not as a journalist? Hippity Hop is a Paparazzi journalsit that got famous by whoring N4G.
"HHG talks crap, pulls things out of his ass sometimes?"... actually he pulls crap out of his mouth. He talks out of his ass... (waiting for the fan flames)
This real was funny shit. Yea... the mama joke might have been over the top... but I ain't...
I have often seen in game manuals. Those would be the menus with control setups, button combinations for fighting games, story boards in RPGs, I see them all the time. And those little pop-up notices during load screens that give you hints.
As long as I can access the manual during the pause screen then I don't have too much issue. Gone will be the days that your friend is reading the manual controls to you or looking to find out how combine items, while you are runnin...
So I guess a modern day remake of the game Hang Man is out of the question???
They would have to change the title to, man that strangled himself while spelling poorly.
It didn't have a manual??? First I have heard of this.
All my ubisoft games still have manuals.
I stopped playing most EA games anyways...
We will see how far this goes. I still like my manuals. Easy to goto while paused in the middle of a game. Are we going to be able to pause the game and go into the manual in-game??? That would be the bigger issue...
@Kurt Russel
And yet it wasn't sour enough for you to buy every Halo game and get all of Halo 3 achievments and nearly finish all of Reaches Achievements including DLC. I see you are REALLY soured on the game. ha
Would this be the point where I say... I know you are but what am I? Or something lame like that? Help me out...
Back to the game though... don't hold your breath on an announcement anytime soon. And hope it isn't as bad as Manhunt was... If it rivals RDR then they will have a winner. Anything less will be a waste of money, time and manpower on a new IP. But I am sure that regardless of if it is good or bad... it will have it's faithful "exclusive" fan...
No exclamation points in my post... thus no excitement going on.
As for me being interested in the game. Didn't allude to having no interest... just thought his post of knowing NOTHING about the game but really looking forward to it was like proselytizing for an unknown entity.
Well that would allude to him knowing SOMETHING about the game. The developer.
You know nothing about it... but are looking forward to it?
If you new SOMETHING about it and are looking forward to it... then I understand. But nothing...? Really??
Obviously not thinking on your part... seeing that the B button is the back button. Why would you start pressing the A button in any situation that a system freezes up? Fail.
Stay away from the shopping network and/or Amazon.
