You made a point there that caught my attention, "trying to pick a favourite seems almost unnecessary". Thats a really nice way of putting it, I totally agree. We are definitely lucky to have such a fine series.
I dont play smash bros but I can appreciate the more characters in a game like that the better. I just think there are many better options to rejig the Zelda formula without having to include the princess as a playable character. Do you remember the bit in Resi 4 where you had to play a section as the girl Ashley was it? God that was crap. Take Spirit Tracks as well where Zelda was introduced as playable, easily the worst Zelda made so far, agreed the trains had a lot to do with it, but the p...
It was the 3 day cycle that put people off, losing all your stuff you collected other than key items was annoying I admit but I am one of the people that likes it. Not as much as Ocarina but its still very very good.
This is fairy talk.
Why do people want to play as Zelda? Seriously like shes a princess from the Royal Family of Hyrule in a pink dress. I'm quite happy knowing nothing about her other than she needs rescued and thats enough for me. Keep Zelda games pure!
I prefer the first Crash Bandicoot to the 2nd.
It's beautiful.
I think its a brilliant idea, finding your way in those 2d games sometimes was a little confusing and having to check your map all the time is a pain this will make the game flow much better, I'm all in for more 2d metroid.
It screws over people as well that receive the game as a present or for Xmas as the people buying wont know to pre-order it, then the receiver is stuck with content missing. The simple remedy is give the people who preorder content for free, then allow the other people to be at least be able to purchase the missing content as DLC. All of it.
Yeah, games are becoming more and more disposable especially when bits are left out like this and then eventually servers get turned off, not like the old days when you purchased a game you got all content new or second hand and all of it worked forever. Just seems to be the direction the industry is heading have to go with it if you want to play the games pretty much.
Thats why it pays to have both consoles and get the best of each.
Yeah I dont think it will be too hard for Turn 10 to actually raise the bar regarding the top gear experience. GT5s attempt at it was seriously disappointing, it needed the proper replay cameras, the 3 reasonably priced cars, the ability to fleece the car up and down the runway which is impossible in GT5 due to the invisible walls, and a list of the stigs best times in the tested cars would have been nice so we could beat them. Hopefully Turn 10 will get all this right.
GT5 had the track Forza 3 did not, but the point of the video is showing the top gear cameras in the replay which GT5 did not have for some bizarre reason.
Looks gorgeous
Here here
If it was black it would look a lot better I think the white is what gives it the fisher price look.
I have a highend pc and Dirt 3 looks on another level from anything on the consoles.
Check out Nurburgring in GT5 I think that track looks incredible and the trees look great.
I totally agree, it does look fantastic at the moment but Turn 10 have lied before as I remember Forza 3 looked incredible before it came out then when I got it I thought there was something wrong with my TV. I'll still be getting Forza 4 as I love racing but just be warned the game will definitely not look this good.
It's the price people complain about not the DLC. If these were free then everyone would be over the moon, but £4+ for 5 cars is extremely expensive, and if they are for releasing 5 cars at a time for this price just imagine how much money the game will cost in the end up possibly well over £100. This is what milking is.
