If realism is what your game-play is supposed to be about, then sacrificing one for the other is self defeating.
I can't be the only one who's noticed the irony in Destructoid's score.
Actually this sort of thing happens to a lot of people. I am one of them. All it takes is a slight twist of your leg while exerting and the kneecap slides off to the side. It's basically an issue with weird tendon placement or tension. Knee braces can help and there are exercises that can be done to help as well.
Sadly, the way the DiRT franchise is going I'll probably just be happiest with the first game. Each version seems to have less and less rally in it.

Serious simulation means that there are consequences to ramming into other cars. If not then all you end up with is an arcade game that doesn't penalize you for poor driving.

I think the main reason for that was the lack of advertising. Fable 3 didn't get much of a hype engine. I didn't know it was out until I started seeing reviews popping up on N4G here.
Weren't there a ton of articles stating that the PS3 was going to be able to do Ray-Tracing? I'm pretty sure there were.

Of course the disk drive wasn't much better. Start loading a game, go make a snack, come back and switch disks, wait for a while longer and then the game was ready. :D
I've been playing the game for around 8 hrs so far and haven't experienced a single bug or glitch.
I hope it's not an MMO. At most it should simply be multiplayer limited to like 4 players.
