This is my problem with this Sekiro debate. You're speaking for yourself. Why should you care if From Software patch in a new mode that YOU WON'T PLAY? How does it effect you in any way?
You like the game to play exactly how it does? Fabulous. Continue to do that. Meanwhile others who don't like their game quite that challenging can come in and enjoy it too. EVERYBODY wins.

Some people just want to enjoy the content with less stress. And them doing so would harm your experience with the same game not one iota.
An easy mode can only ruin a game if you highlight it and press start.
Some people don't enjoy the frustration in Souls games but still want to enjoy the other parts of the experience.
Those who enjoy Sekiro as it is can continue to enjoy Sekiro as it is with an easy mode added because nobody will force them to use it. Complaining about opening up franchise to lesser skilled players with an easy mode is pure gaming snobbery at it's worse.
