I have the wireless Arctis 1's which are also great in that price bracket (of the pulse).
I tried both and the Steel series cans have a more accurate natural sound and felt much better made.
I'd take the advice of UltraNova and get the 7p if you're willing to plump for premium set if not I'd consider the ones I have.
Stay away from turtle beach. Cheap build quality and overly bombastic unnatural sound.
I really love Remedy stuff so it's instant classic for me.

If there's lag I'm not really noticing it. If that because the is non or I just ain't sensitive to it, I don't know.
What I do know ,after now playing it, is motion smoothing make the graphics mode feel very nearly as smooth as 60 mode but with ray tracing. Very pleased.
