I just held one at Movie Trading Company today, it is quite the daunting gamepad. The S controller is much more comfortable and a lot closer to what would soon be the Xbox 360 design. One of these days I am going to get myself an original Xbox.
I'm going to watch the video of him trying to dunk an oversized cookie in a glass of milk until the next president takes the office. His sense of humor was much appreciated.
It makes you wonder how much Sony has to benefit by selling in the country at all. Of course it's best to reach as many consumers as possible, but that price is ludicrous.
I would never game again if consoles rose to that price in the US.
I got the first episode of this for free on Steam, I've been meaning to give it a try! I would like to see Warner Bros. focus on a different character, though. The list of heroes and villains is practically infinite. There needs to be a show of confidence that there's more to DC than The Batman.
The Nintendo Switch is going to bring vast changes to the gaming industry. Creating powerful hardware is easy, but designing intuitive experiences is what has made the company the most ingenious developer in history. Hardware and software are one when it comes to Nintendo.
Lots of interesting VR info! I was not aware that Vive games were required to run at 90fps. If I ever get my hands on PSVR I'll give this game a -ahem- shot!
My roommates at the time had more time on their hands than I did, so I watched them play while I worked on assignments from time to time. I really enjoyed the content the game had to offer, The Old Hunters expansion included! I can't wait to be able to complete the game myself! Thank you for the support!
My fear of the unknown is what usually keeps me alive in those games! While Bloodborne is certainly faster paced than the rest of the Souls games, it definitely pays off to be cautious, slow, and steady! I've watched the game be completed multiple times, but I really need to bunker down and finish it for myself! I'm around half-way through, Dark Souls included! It's rough whenever games keep releasing and your backlog feels like it's infinitely expanding.
Mr. Jacobus' attention to detail is incredible. I have always loved martial arts cinema since I was a kid. They were films that involved so much more than merely acting, the performers had to actually know how to carry out the techniques.
Video game adaptation is a difficult task that is muddled with executives from both movie studios and game studios. More voices create more noise and the cancellation of a lot of movie projects. The BioShock movie never happened because the director wanted it to be rated R, but the studio demanded PG-13, knowing that couldn't be done it was canceled. The long-fabled Halo movie never saw the light of day even though Peter Jackson was going to be at the helm. It is a crazy world we live in,...
Awesome continued analysis of the series! I always thought that it was crazy whenever I learned that Devil May Cry began as the original Resident Evil 4. I hope Resident Evil 7 does well and that Capcom decides to revisit the Devil May Cry franchise too.
That interview was incredible, I enjoyed the questions just as much as the answers! I can't wait to see his current projects come to fruition.
What an incredible interview! It was very interesting to see Mr. Bloom's involvement's in both the writing and acting spheres. I can't wait for the title's completion!
This was a fantastic interview! Mr. Prentiss sounds like a really incredible guy and it sounds like you both had fun discussing the game and the development process. I haven't gotten a chance to pick up the first Watch Dogs, but I really enjoy the perspective Prentiss brings to the table. I'll have to give the series a shot!
It has been quite a crazy ride for No Man's Sky. I've never played the title, but I think its worth giving it a shot. This console generation I seem to be picking up games well after release once they've been polished up a bit. Hopefully this title is given the opportunity to grow because it really does sound pretty neat.
Its certainly got both of those! B) The dash mechanic is so natural and the music always fits the situation. I listened to the soundtrack to keep my creative flow going while writing the review. 8D
I really appreciate your feedback! I enjoy the design choices too. Inti Creates is using what they learned while working on the Mega Man series to create something that is truly their own. There are certainly similarities between the two franchises, but Gunvolt is propelling platforming forward while the Blue Bomber has remained dormant for quite some time. I hope to see more of the franchise and the anime series is a great start to more content.
I really enjoyed your piece! I'm not too familiar with the Battlefield series but I can definitely relate to Assassin'a Creed fatigue. I was very invested with the series but after Revelations I had difficulty finding enthusiasm for new entries. I have enjoyed the concepts of recent titles but haven't delved too deep into them. I am really interested to see what Ubisoft does to develop a fresh take on the experience.
Thank you very much! There is certainly a lot more to these consoles than I knew before delving into their history. Two more generations to go!
