Did...anyone read the article....? It never once mentioned anything about specs. In fact, the overall point I received from it was: We weren't fully confident, and even now we're still uncertain, about what kind of games we could make for the gamepad that offers a similar quality of experience as our previous consoles.

Which is true. NES has yet to show me why the gamepad is needed to game. Where are the game(s) that blew our minds and solidified the gamepad's...

Miyamoto, the father of modern gaming, is the problem?

I would LOVE to have that problem.

See this Nintendo? This here is what we call a good launch, with a strong follow up. Take notes and file it for your next console launch.

NES's problem is that the idea of the Gamepad was not flesh out and, at the moment, there doesn't seem to be a reason why the gamepad is there at all. I love the gamepad - but more because I don't have to turn off the system when my wife wants to watch a show. However, there has yet to be a "Wow, so this is why they made the gamepad" experience. N64's controller was made for Mario 64, the Wii had games that actually utilize the uniqueness of the motion controller....

NES needs to start making their own games for the WiiU in 2014 and onwards, and do so competitively with the other consoles' releases. The biggest problem with the Wii's non-first part software was it was created with the idea to play them like a PS3 and XB360 in mind. A LOT of 3rd party games on the Wii wasn't fun or engaging because the controls seems like it was an after thought, whereas NES games on the Wii were built around the controller.

The same will hap...

In this day and age, most WRPG are a let down for me. I still pour hours into Morrowind here and there, while I've stopped playing Oblivion and Skyrim. Almost all WRPG within the last decade has been is just a facelift from it's prequels with little or no significant changes to the gameplay.

At this point, I was hoping if I play a thief or assassin, I could do parkour once my level was high enough and use grapling hooks to climb walls. If I was a warrior, there wou...

Every time you talk about gaming, put in "Working out" and you'll understand my frustration about why so many of my gaming friends are fat and overweight.

When people say, "I don't have time for..." what it usually tranlates into is "I don't believe XYZ is important for me to make time." It is not a lack of time, it's the lack of desire or interest to make time.

The gamepad may not be JUST about motion control - doesn't mean NES has not thrown in motion control where a simple button would've done just as well.

Example: Darksiders 2 where you had to tip the Gamepad down to get Death to dive deeper in water.

Personally, I believe the peripheral of the gamebad is a factor for the reluctance on 3rd party devs. Imagine:

3rd Party: We want to make a game for your console. Here's the plan.

NES: Good idea...but we noticed you left out the gamepad. Lets shoehorn in some motion control.

3rd Party:...but...that makes no sense in context of the game...if you want, we can make a menu screen and a map for it-

NES: No. Trust us, motio...

All the reasons are bullshit and have little to no grounds to stand on. I wouldn't even call these reasons intelligent speculations - more the ravings of an attention grabbing whore. I'm surprise he didn't add, "There may be Blacks and Asians as members working on the project."

That's how seriously stupid the reasons sound.

Complainers: What 6v6! RAGE! I'm not going to buy this shit!

**months later upon release - with no change to the game**

Complainers at a retail: Yes...I'd like a copy of Titanfall please.

Face it, all you nitpickers will cave on your ideals of a 1000v1000 co-op the minute the game releases. Your complaints are on the level of a six year old threatening to run away if your parents won't buy you a toy.

C'mon, asking people on N4G to use logic and think for themselves is like ask a rock to roll over - it ain't gonna happen.

A great game is like sex. You want it so bad you'd kill for it. When the moment is close, you're anxious as all hell. Then, when you're finally there and being part of the moment - you realize the fun was in the anticipation and not the actual event. The next morning, you drag that lifeless body---er game into the woods, dig a hole and bury them...er the game in that hole and hope no one comes a looking for her...er the game. Then...rinse and repeat.

Nerve gear technology...until something like that is available, not a chance we will see a good Superman game. Batman does well because he's an normal human being, thus stealth and gadgets work and buying that Bats can be easily over powered by numbers. Much harder to accept those flaws for Supes.

Agree. All console games would look far better on a PC.

I am going to brush this off as some fanboy's dream. Granted it looks nice, but I find it hard to believe this would be an actual game. Not to mention the fact that NES has rarely ever shown any unfinished or fully polished gameplay video of many of their past games, this is a troll video. Albeit a decently well done one.

In a months time, NES will put out a vid and say "Got ya!"

I bet you would never dare tell a pedophile their opinion on having sex with children is wrong...right?

You may have an opinion, but you don't have the right to not have your opinion disputed. And if you really believe that no one can dispute anyone's opinion, the please do not dispute my opinion of saying that you're a moron.
