According to the article it is the CPU that is bottlenecking the game. The Xbox One's CPU is faster and uses much more suitable CPU DDR3. If anything, the PS4 is the weak link if the CPU is what is holding AC back.

There has to be a trade off to get higher resolution on x1...less detail in the crowds and stadiums, lower textures.. and some certain frames removed from certain footballing motions which would still make the game 30fps anyway
Whatever happens there will be a trade off which will be highlighted when ps4 comparisons are released.
Better sticking with the 720p so x1gamers can enjoy the full experience as ps4 owners...phil needs ...

every character model is well textured/shaded, not just the orcs.. and the environments actually look well done too, shrubs/grass look pretty well textured... atleast judging the ps4 version
900p isnt slightly,,,, bad enough other thing like textures/shading had to be reduced in the ps4 just to keep it sorta on the same level with the xone(near parity)

People do play the games. But its still rather pathetic that a so called next gen system can barely even do/struggles so much to do 1080p. And the PS4 is not much better either. Its seems to just be a little bit better, Sony should be right on top of it, like MS, to make sure they have the absolute best versions. These next gen systems are serious letdowns so far, and neither has any real must have next gen games yet. I really hope DC convinces me.

I agree this looks very repetitive. I have no problems with hack&slash but the pacing in this game seems slow.
I also was wondering. What is the point of making updated visuals in a game but use last gen rag doll physics with flashes of blood on screen. Characters on the screen move like the zombies in Resident evil 4.

LBP is not an exclusive and is on PS3, mind you, but regardless, MS has huge titles with MC Collection, Forza Horizon, and Sunset Overdrive.
That's a lot of variety for the holiday that you won't see on PS4 when it comes to new titles for the season.
Nintendo also has a huge chance to win over a lot of people with Smash bundles.
This is not to say that the PS4 is doomed or losing, but it shouldn't be ...
