What exactly is " Sony " trying to accomplish with this ? Rather they focus on that first party line up of theirs, and stop paying too much attention to what the others are doing.
i got a feeling sonys directors/coders/designers on sonys 1st party games didnt lose 1 second of ''focus'' because one of sonys web designers put up this font that probably took a minute to do...
it probably is optimized,this is the xone after all,it has a very weak parts,,,remember ryse(the qte game at 900P) ran at about a constant 23-24 fps and got as low as the teens,and crytek optimized that game as much as they could,and that game was basically on rails with very little physics involved...
still the best looking 7th gen games by far,i enjoyed uncharted,but please, santamonica took the graphics crown... and judging the orders insane character models,it looks like their input is being put to use there at r.a.d in some-way/shape/form

So if driving games are not graphically intensive, why does FH2 do all that and DC is still 30fps?

said it before and ppl will say it again,ps4 has a much LARGER gpgpu compute,they could have off-loaded stuff to just a small percentage of the ps4 gpgpu and it would have freed up a decent amount of the main cpu and leaving plenty of horse power left for 1080p,,,just a fraction of 1 of the specialized cu's on the gpu could have made a bit of difference if they were truely facing a bottleneck with cpu type work... they were caught with their pants down and are trying to play us as retard...
