With the Remote Play PS4-Vita is as anything to come by, the game streaming shouldn't be a major problem. Sony's decision to implement PSNow for multiple devices is that they've did a lot of homework on this.
Don't knock it till you try it ;)
A 3rd-person shooter in an alternate Victorian history doesn't sound like 'every game', really looking forward to this.
I've never played any Final Fantasy before and I really like how Final Fantasy XV is looking up.
There will always be new players coming in, and FF's series seem to be always something to look forward to.
@stsonic
I got one too. It's more water resistant actually, so I won't recommend scuba diving ;). But if you've accidentally dropped it in the pool, it's okay. Snorkeling at under 1 meter is also good as long as the ports are kept covered.
My region in Asia had just launched Ps4 last Friday, sold out in a matter of hours :3
This is quite a feat considering most gamers here play on PC. The retailers are taking orders for next shipment, due to arrive just before Dec 31st.
Most would go to Asian countries and sees PC territory. For instance, MS has no definite Asian release date for X1 even now.
Sony goes to Asian countries and sees PC territory. Opens new office in Singapore, combines with Japan office and renamed as SCE Japan-Asia, has more PS4 releases and covers worldwide.
I knew that Sony sees Korea-South East Asia as a glass half-full. I just realized that since MS didn't take the same risk, Sony grabbed the rest of t...
I don't live in the US/UK, so I'm not getting the all-in-one entertainment machine Microsoft has promoted. Over here, Xbox One is just another gaming machine, albeit the more expensive one and many features and content are not available.
I'd say it should be all about the exclusives. It's a personal opinion, regardless which has more launch titles or better games. If you like the first-party games on one console, go for it.
Hahaa, my folks too. Threw away my Battle Beasts CD when they saw how 'undisciplined' I was over the family's PC. Must have been almost 20 years ago. But now with a steady job, paying for my own gaming stuff AND 2 nephews climbing all over me, I very much appreciate what my parents had thought about moderation and respecting the things we shared with others. :)
@Godmars290
Well, there's that. I stand corrected :)
January should be a good time, but I'll want to see fiscal year come March. That way, Japan gets in it too and PS4 launch days wave would be done.
I'm supportive of PS4 all the way, but I just didn't want to assume Xbox One had fallen too hard. Xbox One do have some pretty innovative design but with less sales means less feedback, less motivation for developers to experiment Kinect a...
"And South East Asia is a lost cause for consoles. It's PC land over there..."
Funny, I asked a marketing consultant about this, because what's MS and Sony is doing to SEA is so different... :D
Once upon a time, an Xbox manager and a PlayStation manager flew to South East Asia. They both saw that the region is heavily PC-dominated, hardly a promising place for the next-gen consoles.
The Xbox manager went home and wrote in hi...
Well, to be fair, Sony sold 1 million PS4 in North America region, not just USA. But I think USA is a good 900,000+ majority of the unit sales :) That alone in an Xbox-dominant nation, I'm still very impressed.
Xbox One was supposed to be released in 21 countries, but was delayed was due to localization issues. It's possible Microsoft could have had made 2 million one-day sales and maintained a world record.
I guess we'll never know~
Which...
Curiousity here; we can still Ustream the Playroom, right? A live-show post-game discussion is really a good use for the Playroom.
How about this one?

Oh wow, it's really happening... :P
@vigilante
March-April 2014 are the release timeframe of exclusive Infamous SS, multiplat Watch Dogs and possibly Drive Club.
So yeah, PS4 would be selling right off the shelves again by then.
PS4 second wave isn't fully the rest of the world yet; that's UK, EU, AUS and maybe a few others. There will be a 3rd wave for Middle East countries, then a 4th wave for Asian Pacific countries. Then Japan brings PS4 home in February 2014.
By March-April 2014, world gets the exclusives Infamous SS, multiplat Watch Dogs and possibly Drive Club releases.
Sony sure knows how to keep it going, wow... :P
I'm going for consoles to have more gaming in the living room and introduce two small nephews to something other than Android/iOS. I'm still a strong PC gamer, so priorities to console gaming is highest settings capable and the exclusives I'd enjoy.
What I don't want is a system performance compromised by too many background apps/features running. It's great if these features are stuff i could grow to love, given the chance. But content and features vary b...
Well, that escalated quickly... :P
Wait, doesn't the Xbox One front dashboard always display the player's most used app/most recent stuff? What if families are coming over and watch TV?
Uh-oh... :P
Twitch.tv banned that jerk already, looks like they'll need to up the moderation rate to stop people like him.
I really hope Sony won't remove Playroom from live-stream sharing. It's quite distinct and fun. Great for live discussions post gaming session, especially with YouTube vlog personalities.
The long distance Remote Play for PS4-Vita has been shown to be running smoothly. PSNow is the same but for backwards compatibility, really looking forward to this.
