And these idiots who pre-order games is why we continue to have broken buggy garbage releases day one with enormous day one patches.
Until Scorpio, then this game on Scorpio will have graphics that will CRUSH the PS4 pro.
More powerful hardware will always win on multiplatform games.
There is a reason, graphics. PS4 will be the weaker of the two compared to Scorpio, MUCH weaker.
Of course PS4 is king, Scorpio isn't out yet.

Except that graphically everything will take a back seat to Scorpio. As amazing as a game may look, there will be something on Scorpio that looks even better. Sony needs new hardware as they are now the weak one.
The Pro was a disappointment. All they did was opt for a little higher resolution but very few games give the option for 1080p with 60FPS and/or better graphic detail instead of higher res. Not everyone has a 4K TV or really cares that much about 4K.
So the only choice is incomplete/broken or linear now? Publishers really have you trained well.
How about they just TEST and make a working complete game and not announce it too soon (to keep the brats from bitching about a delay). There used to be a such thing in studios called alpha and beta test builds, now they are called releases.
But it is getting worse and worse. The internet has now become a crutch to release before ready and fix later. It is like they don't even try anymore. In the past they used to at least make an attempt to release a complete working game. There were a few bugs and would maybe get a small patch or two. Maybe they will hold back the Scorpio for parity with PS4 now to "avoid debates and stuff" like they did with Unity on PS4 and xbone.

Yeah the game is shit and I blame EA.
Not a crutch. 100% of gamers are not connected. Then you have those without fast internet, in which these huge patches can take hours even days. Then there is the fact that these patches won't be online forever, when pulled you only own the (broken) game actually on the disc.
The only ones using a crutch are these studios who use the internet crutch to be able to rush out garbage sooner then fix/finish later. It is great for them, they don't need so many testers....
In other words "we released an early access game to meet an unrealistic release date and get your money sooner" . We will eventually release the final complete version, too bad for those without internet or wanted a finished physical copy, suckers!
Maybe they should have fixed "All the Issues and Bugs" BEFORE releasing the game.
