By the way its pretty funny how you dont compare Res 2 to Geow2 but compare it to Res 1 just to make it sound better.Even with Gears having a minor tune up in graphics it still looks better than Res 2 that has had a bigger jump in graphics.
And its pretty funny since the Res 2 solo campaign trailer I dont see any Sony fanboys claiming Res 2 is gonna outdo Gears 2.

money and time can make a great game but I think you need talent too : look at KZ1 = big budget and time BUT no talent = crappy game.
MGS 4 = HUGE budget and ALOT of time + HUGE talent = excellent game.
BTW I dont think Too Human is a BIG budget game like Gears , MGS or KZ.Just look at it...
