It tried to be generic as a MMO, and i hate MMO's, but this went even further as it seems

I guess people that play online might find something good, i only see a boredom of extreme proportions myself

BTW it is funny how people here dismiss every site that give the game low scores (that is most big sites)

Gametrilers is not reliable after xxx reason
Gamespot is biased and can't play a good RPG
IGN lost credibility after yyy reason

Pros:
* Well done intrigue (Nice for a movie)
* A real influence on events (Nice for an interactive movie)
* Quite good-looking (???????????? This was supposed to be the end f all graphics, was hyped more than that too ????, what happened ?)
* Neat direction (ok, for a movie nice)
* Easy to handle (good)

Cons:
* We're often bored (reason #1 not to buy it, i play games for fun)
* QTEs for really everything and anything (reason #...

It is funny, there is nothing to compare, Uncharted 2 is a good one day rent, Mass Effect 2 is a game player and collectors dream come true

I don't know if i can handle all those AAA amazing titles :), don't have so much time available sadly

Metro seems like a blend between Fallout and Half Life, has a RPG feel too, so it is a must buy for now, unless they do something very wrong

Wasn't that a PS3 only game at some point ??

Since they tried to make a MMO, they destroyed any good single player experience as well, the worst thing that is that could happen

So, that 7.6/10 is like a 1/10 for me that never play online (and HATE playing online too)

Actually Heavy Rain just got a 6/10, all reviews say that it is not even a real game, but a series of QTE, funny stuff

Why on earth would i ever play or even worst buy a game like that or WKC, when i can play/buy Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell 5 and soon Fable 3 ?

The problem is that this is trying to be a generic MMO WRPG style, that is its main problem, that it is not even remotly close to anything like FF, SO or Lost Odyssey

FF13 and Lost Odyssey are the absolute kings in JRPGs so far

360 wins as always

I will stick to Mass Effect 2, XBLA upcoming RPG's and Fable 3, they now seem a billion times better than anything PS3 has to offer in future, for me at least

Now what ?

5829d ago 6 agree8 disagreeView comment

At that point i knew it was going to be a 1-4/10 game

Gamespot gave an extra 2/10 for beeing Level 5 i guess

So, i expect exactly nothing from Wii TBH

Even if your 60GB HDD fills with just 10 games, PS3 will compress things and make room, thus is like having a 1TB HDD in reality

PS3 is advanced and goes beyond reason in its hardware and software, that is why it is double the 360 price in the first place

So, even if B2 needed a 20GB install, would be all the same

While both Fable 3 and Alan Wake could be genre defining and ME2 is already proven AAA

BTW the problem with WKC is that it tries to be a generic MMO WRPG than a real JRPG like the amazing Lost Odyssey, that is why it fails and is generic

As for Metro 2033, this could well prove to be amazing, let's wait

The funny fact is that the only real PS3 RPG, demon soul is not coming to Europe, ever, so i have exactly zero RPG's to play on my PS3, imagine ho...

The very fact that you have to press a button among another 10 to do something totally kills any ease of use and immersion for me

Each to his own, pad seems like a million times more natural and immersive way to control a game to me

BTW i have not bought the game yet, i judge by playing games on pc and consoles for decades

And the art seems overly muddy and dark too, Dante seems far more interesting

So, what if it is a bit crisper on PC ? I surly would not even notice

But playing like crap on PC with a .......... keyboard (god forbid) would destroy the game for me, pad controls are a million times better

So, 360 only for me

So much for paying 600$ for it

And all multipltform games look and play best on the far better 360 hardware and GPU too, imagine that

Sony PS3 = pay more for less

4/10 is better fit imo

"forgettable and often tedious adventure"

Maybe a 1/10 ?

Generic and movie games are not what gaming is about and it shows

BTW i though gaming was all about having fun playing. It is not about admiring technical achievements that bring nothing to the fun factor
