Because you definatly could not install more than 512MB games before, you needed a HDD
I am sure other RPG's will come that look better and then there is the art issue ...
GOW3 has only one aspect, an extremely repeattive and boring for the most part one, mash buttons like crazy that is in a totally linear 8 hour game
I value exploration, good story, choice and non linearoty 10000x more than a reharsed boredom of epic proportions like GOW3
Also i just said that i bought FF13 for PS3 (best version) and will probably buy Demon Soul, PS3 does have some good things, but are far and few between
I guess will be same with all the other games i mentioned, all deeper and huge experiences, PS3 simply does not get anything but reharses
If it was not for FF13 looking best on PS3, i would have bought zero PS3 titles this year
I will probably buy Demon Soul too though, i have read only good things about it, thought i hope it is not coming from the fact that there are relly no other exclusive RPGs on PS3
But FF13vs will most likely be on 360 anyway ...
I do miss some more character in the world, like cities, but it is really minor in the end
It is by far my best PS3 title now, the visuals are incredible too, so smooth, like CGI almost
All huge experiences and not some 8 hour linear button masher (like GOW3 for example)
There is not a single PS3 title i am hyped about in 2010, unless FF13vs arrives this year of course (and does not arrive on 360 that is)
Last Guardian is another title i want to see reviews first though
And with low polygon charatcers, terrible low resolution and a huge limitation in ram of Wii a game that could be a masterpiece will only be a mediocrity today
Hope there is a PS3 or 360 version later

PS3 has actually the lowest quality titles, as far as gameplay and variety goes
Mass Effect 2, Fable 2 etc are far better games than anything on PS3
Games like Uncharted 1-2, MGS4, Killzone 2 etc are real jokes for me, and the only title i have really played much for years now on my PS3 is FF13, which is a real game, not some 8 hour overhyped sequel

Also when 360 has both FF13 and Lost Odyssey, the two absolutly best JRPGs this gen
And KUF2 looks 100x more epic than GOW3 and is a startegy game with real actual gameplay, not button mashing for 8 hours straight and the occassional quick time event

Amazing stuff, the visuals are way above my expectations too
For exmaple the forest looks like a corridor with copied the same trees around everywhere, every area looks same in all its spots, the designer of the in game levels is a joke IMO and shoud be fired right away
Only a non linear, hugly varied in gameplay and areas game like Zelda OOT or FF7-9, BG2 etc could claim something like that
And most good RPGs are 1.000.000 times better and more varied and interesting games than U2 could ever be
So, joke post ? An 8 hour repeatitive linear shooter can only be a good rent for a day or two, that is how far U2 only goes
Strange, seems 360 is killing PS3 in Europe too, by far
And the next one will be 1000% linear
Afterall PS3 games are all about watching than playing
And of course will get FF13vs day one too
Fact is, those that do not care for FF13 are PS3 fanboys that play only PS3 exclusives, and of course are not even close to FF fans
FF12 was 10000x worst a FF than FF13 is actually, still people praised it just because it was "PS2 only"
