Destiny was def worth $60 if you say otherwise your kidding yourself and asking to much. Just playing through the missions was 15-20 hours of game play, add in strikes, and raid + 3 classes and you have 30-40 hours of game play before first DLC. That was to do everything ONCE a ton of people then stretched that to 200+ hours with grinding and PVP. After those 30-40 hours it does get repetitive but i'd say that alone justified the $60 bucks
I download the PS3 ps + games with the hope of playing them. Yakuza, God of War, ect but I never do cause I have so many PS4 games to play. Dont need or want BC I bought a new system to play new games.
In Witcher you find a dead "Assassin" by a hay pile. And in Witcher 3 when you enter a cave he mentions tomb raider. Its just fun nod or poke at to other games.
What people don't seem to get and keep trashing this gen is 1080P 60 FPS. Every game released last gen can be 1080P 60FPS this gen. A lot of games this gen can be 1080P 60FPS if they choose to be. I felt if COD:BO3 campaign was longer it would of been forced and not as good. I'm fine with a FPS being 6-8 hours as long as there is replability
If you own a PC, PS4 you get 90% of the great games out there. If you have kids or enjoy games with minimal story gets a Wii U. Xbox one has great games but as it stands all the 'exclusives' are on PC with better framerate, textures and resolution so yeah...
The biggest gripe is you can't level till you meet the cleric beast. So it is rough, what saved me was buying gear, but nothing told me where or that I could I had to figure this out. No map so eventually you stumble to the boss and then this doll appears and you realize you can level. And from there the game begins but you already have been tested.
It doesn't really work that way with Indie games. with a triple A $60 dollar game I can see someone pirating it to try it out who would of NEVER bought the game and hey the dev can get a fan and they might buy past and future products. But with an indie game the price is already low. So when someone pirates it is pretty much stealing. They want the game vs 'trying' it out they just aren't paying the $20 bucks for it.
Im more interested in spending 10 bucks to see of I like a game and get really into it, than $60 for a game I hate. The game has to be good people won't but the next epospde.
If 10-15 bucks is too expensive you need a job or a new hobby.
$499 seems good, they can go insane ay $399 and build up an install base which would be nice for ps fans. That being said your pretty much buying a high end TV for your face $500 aint bad lol

If $1.99 is to much for a theme then it's to much for a cup of coffee, a pack of gum or mints, Sunday's newspaper ect.

So many people saying 4k is cheap just 300 for a monitor and 300 for a videocard, um thats twice the price of a console now. Plus you make a 4k console how many people have a 4k tv. We arent therebyrt focus, I was just playing Witcher 3 on PS4 and it was Sunset and it looked amazing to me. I can wait a few years for a new console.

Smart move on M$ if you are losing in Marketshare on console sales take away a reason for your customer to get the competing product. If I want to play the Division with my friends and dont own a console but they all have a PS4 what am I going to buy...Now that wont matter its not about what your friends have but what you prefer.
