Xbox One S maybe but not the original. So much was cut from whar it should of been. Kinect, Exclusive TV programming. NFL access and intergration...now its an underpowered system with 1 exclusive Halo 5...
3 exclusives announces that got people interested. Quantum Break, Scalebound and Crackdown 3. 2 of those are MIA and QB is all bur forgotten and not talked about.
The problem with the Scorpio and why I wont get one is that games for it will be developed to work and run on the original Xbox One, and then upscaled for the Scorpio. This will hold it bacl greatly...
The free to play model would of worked for this. 10 lives and if you run out got to wait, get lives from friends, or pay for more. Transactions for mario suits, other characters and color swaps. And then worlds which require friends to unlock or pay to proceed. They would make bank...
Nintendo fans enjoy being ripped off buying a new console, hardware and what not to play a handful of good to great 1st party games every 5 years...

Games are so much better now than then. If you dont like big market games the indie scene has tons of titles that tip old Nes classics. Nes games had no story, were fustratingly hard and had like 30 mins of content if played through.
If the cords werent 1.5 ft long id get one but as it stands unplayable. So unless you are 6 and want to sit 2 feet from the tv, dont waste your money
