Laura Croft or Nariko..... talking about some acrobatic moves.....
Imagine watching Star Wars Ep. 1 and 2 (which both sucked) and than not watching Ep. 3..... I don't know if most people can do it?
Or imagine if you've played Halo 1 and 2 (which is awesome), and than not play Halo 3 (a let-down) until a review is out.
of course the precursor is, you would had to have played the previous MGS games..... If you haven't, than I can see your point of not buying it until the reviews are out.
what's going on here??? An actual discussion on an article instead of the usual fanboy attacks on each other? I'm sure someone will ruin it for us.
Like many people said before, there will be no winner for this current generation of consoles. However, if you're hard pressed to pin-point a winner, I'd have to give it to Nintendo. If you look at the sheer numbers of the units they've sold compared to Sony and MS..... my god, you just can't compare them. Even though I really think Nint...
The "consumers" all of you guys are talking about will be purchasing (recessions aside) when the broadcast stations starts broadcasting in 1080i as the Federal government demands. It'll be THE standard across the US. That's when we'll see the most growth for Blu-ray merchandise.
NICE.......
but I feel that there is a significant hole in your theory. I find it hard to believe that a huge company like MS would have logistic issues with their flagship console (vs. nintendo doesn't have enough factories for their supply issues while MS have had a 2.5 yr head start). You're trying to tell me that nobody out of the 79,000 employees that MS have employed didn't realize that there might be a supply problem around the time when Halo came out and foresee a supply issue in Jan/Feb '08? ...
last night and it was a blast to play! The story was kinda weak, but it's a nice little side story from the main console games. I'd highly recommend it to those who have about 5-8 hours to kill when you want to take a break from the Wii/PS3/360.
Microsoft: Shortage be DAMNED! We're going to cut the prices when we have a hardware shortage problem..... (sarcasm) LOL
.....
what you're saying for the 360 is true. But every reason you just gave is also applicable for Sony and Nintendo (both having "supply" problems). But yet, they still (presumably) sell better than the 360 (especially nintendo). I'm curious at how you explain that on the 360's front?
good thinking!!! bubbles for you!
360 owners will buy BR add-ons. Maybe not during the beginning of the product cycle, but when Indy 4/The Incredible Hulk/Prince Caspian/The Dark Knight/Wanted/HellBoy II/X Files 2 start appearing on BR.... that'll make them think.
or anything.... but where are the 360 fanboys in this site to respond to this article? @_@
wait for tomorrow!! Maybe I'll take a day off from work for this.... LOL
somebody please give me a napkin...... I just creamed my pants......
any longer for this game!!!
so was Gears of War, but that was a great game also. What's this guy's point? Not to buy a game because it's doesn't play long enough? God of War 1 was short also, but that didn't stop anyone from buying it? WTF?
@5.6
I beg to differ..... Halo 3 was crap and it sold millions of copy.
However, I know nothing about KZ2. I'm hoping it's good though. That way I can rub it in the face of my co-workers that's been giving me crap about buying a PS3 for all of last year. I'm converting them rapidly now that the ammo for the PS3 in 2008 is plentiful.
go back to the barn......
FTW!!!!
@3.1
You're right... I saw the title and automatically thought about women..... LOL But even you've got to admit that these two I mentioned is in dire need of some hot-beef injection...
