to achieved higher framerates,devs need to sacrificed lot of things related to visual...people want gorgeous visual,but doesnt mean it stuck there...

but the issue is the console and not all of pc gaming owned by user out there are capable of pulling it,especially stable 60fps...unless the devs sacrifice lot of things related visual...currently visual is one of things that attracted gamers like this witcher 3...
