There was barely a minute of the show that I liked. It was laggy (Not due to my internet either. Many people were complaining in the chat). Halo looked graphically dated. None of the other games really did much for me. There was that one game towards the end, Crossfire, which I kinda liked.
It looks very impressive. Just wish we could get a remake of MGS.
We need a change from Ubisoft's usual milking of franchises like Assassin's Creed. Splinter Cell needs to come back and it needs to come back in a big way. I couldn't care less about Far Cry or AC. That's been done to death and is as stale af.
Phil Spencer truly lives up to the phrase "over promise and under deliver."
You for starters.
Time for this franchise to take a long rest. And by 'long rest' I mean forever.
You'd have to be certifiably insane to send a death threat to an actor because the role they played.
If we're going to be this pedantic then I'd simply point out that criticism carries two meanings: the one you mentioned (a critique) AND criticism in the sense of disapproval:
"the expression of disapproval of someone or something on the basis of perceived faults or mistakes."
That's the first thing that comes up when looking for the ordinary meaning of the term. The word, much like many words in natural language, is ambiguous.
It only takes the slighest so called provocation to do that round here. lol
You realise that story is critically important for a game like TLOU. We're not talking about Devil May Cry or COD.
Keep being butt hurt. It suits you.
Interesting how criticism equates to hate in your mind. The Sony fanboys never met an exclusive they didn't like. Pathetic.
I hope Cyberpunk 2077 gets game of the year and not that utter mess that is TLOU2.
Naughty Dog should apologise for the entire thing, pretend this never happened, and make the TLOU2 for the PS5. They can introduce the real TLOU2 with Joel practicing his golf swing in an empty field, hahaha.
I haven't even played the game and I hate her.
I never said reviewers are being paid. Quite the opposite. Re-read what I wrote.
I said it before: I don't believe this is a 10/10 game. Something funny is up. I have thought this for a long time. I still remember MGS V getting many 10s back in 2015. That game didn't deserve 10s imo. However, I don't buy the idea that people are being paid. If that was happening we would have heard from insiders by now. Fear of the audience backlash, telling people what they want to hear, sounds far more plausible.
There's almost certainly an element of the culture wars playing out in the user reviews. It also the console wars driving it too.
Absolute nonsense from beginning to end.
Halo Infinite was truly a showcase for the power of the XBOX 360. Well done Microsoft.
