It's a significant graphical improvement, you're not very attentive if you thought it was the same. If only one thing improved in this it was the graphics.

Destiny 1 was never supposed to be supported for 10 years, I have know idea what would make you think that. The 10 year plan was for destiny 1, dlc, and sequels. That's been known from day 1. And it was 3 years, couple means 2. And there will be a destiny 3 and expansions then Bungie agreement with activision ends.
I enjoyed destiny 1 beta and the game. I liked this one as well. People still scream what garbage destiny 1 is/was from the rooftops yet millions still enjoy it. The same will be said for destiny 2. While the vocal nay sayers on the net scream garbage, millions will be playing and having fun.
Yeah you respond to his comment about this being an older build and to not judge the game by it with responding about sniper ammo when Bungie directly addressed this issue stating that this is an old build and has been fixed for the final release!
