MGS1 & 2 spoiler. When Emma dies and Otacon is distraught is the saddest, next to when Sniper Wolf dies in MGS1...I guess it seems like the sad ones involve Otacon somehow.

We don't need GTA V and TLOU like right after their PS3 launches, but I think old 80's NES games in revered franchises are fine choices for remakes.

It is kind of weird Kojima won't be doing MGS anymore. I may not be the biggest fan of the series of late but I hate thinking of a world completely without it...
I was sure he was going to remake MG1 & 2 after this as well. That's a gigantic loss.
Not every MGS is a 10. The first for sure, that's objectively true, the quality was unmatched. The second is my favorite but I see its flaws. MGS5? Objectively trash as MGS. If it weren't called MGS it would be fine, solid 8. As it is, I can hardly bear to lay my eyes upon what the series has become.
Enjoy it. I ain't telling anybody they can't. But I will call it out, this is not a 10 and to me will never be MGS, no more than DmC was Devil May Cry or Resident...

At least release the core numbered games, 1-10 (but preferably all Classic series Mega Man titles, obviously). This is sad...but I'd still get it for Vita if it were available.
Refined battle system? Thank God. It's a wonderful game but its core mechanics are sloppy and confusing.
Starfox, Xenoblade, Fatal Frame, and some Marioverse games for Wii U. Nobody can match that? It's good but far from unmatchable.
