RTX 3000-series is rumored to have 4x times RT performance of 2000-series. For consoles (AMD) RT is new that comes with RDNA2 but if it is any close to that performance rumor that NVIDIA could deliver then 4K 60 FPS with RT on is not that far fetched especially for XSX with the 52 CU's that all have dedicated RT hardware acceleration equal to an additional 13TLOPS over the 12TFLOPS without RT according to dev.
I can replicate the issue everytime I login on PC it happens. I use Chrome and tested Edge ( Chromeium version). On mobile it works fine.

He is talking from a developer perspective that its a better console to develop and easier to reach peak performance but the current headline is clicbait to rile up console fanboys when a better headline could been made to reflect what he is actually saying.

Tech guy enthusiast here: It means that XSX can run 100% frequency at all times IF required like in a uncapped frame rate scenario. XSX doesn't boost clock (overclock) like the the PS5 does. We dont know the base clock of the PS5 but the the peak performance as Sony state it is 10.28TFLOPS its mean that it runs over its capacity to reach those numbers drawing more power and generating more heat as result. But this shouldn't be a problem as Cerny said it will be able to reach the peak ...
All the games in this list runs on the Xbox platform within PC so yeah they are Xbox Exclusive. Good luck playing any of these games without Xbox/Microsoft integration.
Microsoft is a parent company to Havoc so most likely all future Havoc-based titles could work with this feature.

It is not a year old game on the PS4 it is a new game on that platform. It will probably include all the DLC as well and ROTR is worth the money as it is one of the best games this gen. You guys pay full price for "remasters" so I don't see the problem of paying full price of a new game that never been on Playstation.
It is mainly due to complains about survival mode if you have to stop playing since you can only save at beds.

This guy says building his own PC is cheaper than an Xbox? The Xbox One cost around 250$ and most of the time below that. Getting an equal level graphics card GTX 750 ti cost more than 110$ cheapest equal CPU equal processor around 50-70$(?) PSU 25$ MB 40$ 8GB 2133mhz RAM 48$ equal harddrive 43$ and not to mentions low level API, Operating System, Input device, Small form factor chassis and other features like in-built wifi, sound chip, IR blaster. And best of all an Xbox is already built!...
People need to chill out, no one is attacking Xbox they are not even mentioning it. PS5 is the focus because it has the state of the art SSD. They are not saying anything is impossible on Xbox or PC.
