I stand corrected, I was sure Fallout 3 came 1st because TES4 is such an improvement over it.

that's the leap frogging I was talking about. maybe always was a bad choice of words but it went that way for a whole console gen. so fallout should be next.
Bethesda always leap frogs between Fallout and The Elder Scrolls and since Skyrim was the last a new Fallout is coming up. Even though I would like another TES game instead
Doom and Gloom again, The WiiU has struggled and may continue to do so but its not the end of Nintendo.

I'm not saying other consoles won't be successful. Out of all the polls I have seen and read about gamers. The poll with the highest percentage of gamers that own more than one console was 50%
So the 50% on purchasing a PS4 eventually could likely be the other console owners combined. That still leaves a 35% gap which doesn't sound like competition.

35% on release day, that means 85% are getting a PS4. Doesn't seem like there is any competition there with that percentage.
The way they have been touting "jack of all trades" they have always kept the multiple skill tress to the same class but with them also saying "classes are only a starting point." It seems like that may not be the case. The 2 skill tress I'm most interested in are Daedric Summoning and Restoring Light and each in a different class, so I'm really hoping to have cross class skills for my character.
I know a number of my friends and I were hyped until they talked about the sub. Today its just 2 of us and we are unsure if we are willing to pay the sub or skip it.
That was over 20 of us down to, a maybe 2. I'm sure it wasn't much different in other places as well.
The only thing I am wondering about the classes is they have said multiple times that "classes are only a starting point." Does that mean later on all abilities will become available so my character can use Spiked Armor and then use a Daedric Summoning skill? That's how they implied it with "classes are only a starting point" but don't know if possible. In other TES games we could always play and use any skills how we wanted.

When video game companies say something is releasing in the US, I find it usually means releasing in Canada as well. It's a rare occasion when this doesn't happen.

I did like Tactics Ogre better than FFT. Interested in seeing how Unsung Story develops though.
They need to get rid of there NDA because if there is anything good about this game it will become news. Those people will shout from the highest roof tops because of all the bad press this game has got. The NDA is really hurting them or is it protecting them because they only have a garbage game? hmmm
It does seem as though EA is abandoning ship. Maybe they learned from this experience and the next SimCity will be offline from the beginning.
BtS is one of my favorite games. I'm not a great player but I do well enough. I disliked most of the mechanics in Civ5 and feel like it was a downgrade from BtS. I will give Civ6 a chance, but worried it will follow Civ5 to much. Civ5 was one of the worst purchases I have made when it comes to VideoGames.
I just got the platinum, haven't had any problems..keeping my fingers crossed though as I play often.
I always come back to Skyrim.
