Sorry, but since when does the GPU company get to choose what side they want to be on? They are on whatever side is willing to fork over the money.
Ubisoft usually makes pretty stellar games so we may actually see a well done movie title. If EA had rights to this you could pretty much skip past it entirely.

Vegas residents should uproar about this. Trying to stop a game from publishing, needlessly, is going to cost millions and millions in legal fee's. Where does that money come from, that's right, your taxes!
It's so pointless. The city that is renowned for gambling, drugs and prostitution is afraid that a video game may hurt it's reputation.
Wow if they are increasing their estimates then that is a great sign. The system is continuing to sell well through the drough of games. I can only imagine this thing is going to take off in Fall when we get Gears of War, Forza 2, Saints Row, etc etc.
Then just as christmas buzz is dieing down, hit the world with Halo 3 and sell another 5m ;)

This title apparently looked pretty flimsy at E3. I hope they take their time perfecting this game as they have the concepts in place to make a really killer title.

I'm and HD-DVD supporter for the most part, but this survey was just crap. Small sample size and they worded the question like this:

If you read the first paragraph completely he says that while Forza and Call of Duty are "unoriginal" they represent the cream of the crop of their respective genres. He wasn't knocking Forza.
