I remember reading somewhere, well many news sites, that 1.4 would not solve the lag issues on the PS3. I hope the sites I read are wrong, because this would just be lying from Bethesda's part.
They claim it's a portal clone, that it got ideas from the game. Which might be true, but it shouldn't really detract from the score at all.
The game actually looks really fun.
I enjoyed reading your article, and I know where you are coming from. However, we have to be real. This is N4G a place where the title is the story to many of the readers, there will always be people starting am argument that goes nowhere.
As for me, I'd get used to both. It's not hard to learn to use both, I mostly console game, but I do indeed know my way around a mouse and keyboard.
I went through almost 6 game breaking bugs on the PS3 version, plus I got lag spikes up the ass all the time. Also I started two characters, one that was 100+ hours, and the new one I have now is well into 80 hours.
This is just annoying, and I feel that people who say they don't have any problems on the PS3 version are either lying, or they're going to get it sooner or later.
I really do hope the patch fixes the many issues on the PS3.
Hell at this point in time. I would have expected for us to be well into a few installments by now. If Battlefront games were coming out consistently, we would be in the 8th installment by now.
I agree. Old school is different for everyone. If you were born with the NES, then NES is old school for you. However if you were born with the PS2, then now the PS2 will be old school for you.
Just like people who were born with the NES, that wasn't the first games console, and I don't see them considering or even talking about playing older consoles.
At least that's my take on it.
I try never to sell my games. I'd rather have a collection building on my rack of games. It just looks cool haha. Also I never sell my games to GameStop, maybe some old crappy games that I know are worth nothing. Overall though, I'd never sell a game made there that was made no longer than a year before.
I also notice they give more money for Nintendo games, such as Pokemon. The most I ever got for a game there was nearly $30, which was for Soul Silver.
I agree.
That would be an interesting experiment. I for one would like to see how that would turn out.
I know It's been years now since the PlayStation 3's release, but it still feels too early for some reason. I don't know I just have this feeling that there could be more accomplished with the tech in both the 360, and PS3.
Still though, it won't hurt for a new system to come out. But I still feel it won't be out until 2013-2014. Or at the earliest December, 2012.
That's one twisted picture you have there. Sort of creepy too. Never would think of combining the new Dante with Kratos, LOL.
In my opinion the Dark Brotherhood quests are some of the best quests in the game. I really enjoyed every hour of them. It also, in my opinion, had the most memorable characters, they had emotions, and weren't lifeless like many of the others.
Also, was the voice actor of Cicero the same person who voiced Percival Tachyon from Ratchet and Clank: FtoD? They sound really similar.
Quick-Time Event Sequences are quite fun in the God of War franchise, so I don't see them going away anytime soon. Also, the title should be renamed, "Thing I* Could Do Without In Games In 2012."
I wouldn't say It's ahead or behind. I say It's at the right time, that's all.
I had this game for a brief time before I sold my tablet (XOOM). The game played fine with touchscreen controls, but I would much rather hook up a game pad and play like that.
I have the PS3 version, and right now I'm playing the game with three potentially game breaking glitches.
1. Farkas keeps following me, due the the glitch of the "Dragon Seekers" quest, and I refuse to back track to my only save before I started the quest that is at about 52 hours of gameplay, I'm at 100 now.
2. I can't get real followers, due to Farkas, and he's pretty much useless.
3. The main quest line might be g...
It's funny because most of the guys saying women shouldn't play might not even know it might be a girl that keeps owning them in online play.
I know women who play Call of Duty that can own me.
It's a mod, everything you see there is a mod. Skyrim graphics do not look that impressive. Also I think when you take off everything, you wear a little cloth.
I agree with you, but once the Vita is hacked the inevitable pirates are going to strike and claim free games from left and right.
Also if PS2 classics do arrive on the Vita, there should be no point in hacking it, it would be better to just buy the games from the Vita market.
Haha, Gorilla. Anyways I agree with you. This is coming from someone who was used to the controls of Call of Duty 4. I don't know what's the deal with people, I got used to the controls of Killzone 2 in less than an hour during the campaign.
