Sweet. I loved the PS2 Ratchet & Clank games.
I'm sure this should be an automatic purchase for the fans of the originals.
We should be able to get a free digital copy with our hard copy. I've seen so many movies do that nowadays, and you know how strict the movie companies are when it comes to these type of things.
Why can't games do it too?
Let's see if Sony can become the Steam of consoles. Let's see if they can do digital right, with discounts and proper pricing.
I think they can do it.
I find it strange that a music game has more costumes, than actual music.
Doesn't work for me, the title should read for Europe, to avoid making people who aren't from there to waste their time trying.
Why would they even suggest making PSN a paid service?
I would never pay for anything like that. That's one of the reason why I never bought a 360 when it first came out.
If PSN did end up costing money, I think I would just buy myself a better gaming PC, and just exclusively game on that.
...
Yeah this looks very promising.
Depends where you live. Usually 4PM - 5PM Pacific Standard time (PST). PSN I believe updates universally across the PS Vita and PlayStation 3.
Exactly. The only way we can come to a personal decision about the game, is to actually play the demo itself today.
I'd say, play the demo today. That's the only way each one of us can personally come to a decision about the game.
Great score. In ways i'm glad this has flaws, because this way the developers of the Killzone Vita title can see what exactly needs to be done to fix certain things.
That's not to say patches can't fix Resistance: Burning Skies though, and I can imagine a day one patch to fix certain issues.
Interesting. So many mixed scores I see. I guess there's no way of telling if the game is a buy until we get to play the demo later.
Personally i'm going to get it, I already have Gravity Daze paid-off. Just have to wait until June.
Yeah they'll look better, since they're stretched out as a bigger image. They'll be condensed on the Vita screen and every little detail will look much better since it will be much smaller.
Also the Vita's OLED screen will make it look better than a standard computer monitor, unless you own a good one of course.
Yeah people seem to misinterpret the Vita so much. When Sony said console "like" experience. They didn't mean with the same graphics and everything fancy the home consoles games have.
I'll be buying this come May 29th and will judge it myself. I can't wait to try it, the first true FPS on a portable.
Way to be disrespectful, man.
Ouch.
Yeah I was crossing my fingers for a Mortal Kombat demo at least. =(
Great review. This game, as boring as it felt throughout the time I played it, I just couldn't put down. I was interested in the story. Although I do wish the character could move a little faster.
I often saw myself lost, and going in the wrong direction at times sometimes the path wasn't too clear.
@helghast102
Movies have an expiration date on the digital version.
Also i'm sure they would think of a way to make it so you wouldn't be able to use the digital copy unless you have the physical.
Sort of like what Medal of Honor did with the Medal of Honor classic HD version.
Also Valve did this, they included a free Version of Portal 2 PC version with the PS3 edition. I can't see how that can't be implement...
