The game looks amazing. Still a bit sad that its a female as main but i guess if the gameplay is fun enough i wont mind just ignoring the story as i did with Tomb Raider.

If you look at recent trends you can tell publishers are coming around to the idea that you dont need to make good games anymore. Games with proper mechanics, level design, healthy variety in enemies, well written characters etc. You can make a shitty one, throw a massive marketing campaign behind it and you have a success on your hands.
Spending millions on a statue in the middle of time square is more important now then hiring a good writer or coder.
Imagine after all these silly tweets of how amazing this game looks theyll just show some CGI trailer lol.
Lets not kid ourselfs, only Heavenly Sword really had a solid combat system.
They cant even grasp the basics of a good combat system. Just by watching this small clip you can already tell the camera will be a major problem in multi enemy encounters.
So what if somebody is playing on low settings at barely 30fps? Should they start limiting settings as well as to make it more fair for those with lower end systems?
After all, technically it is very much the same thing. Better hardware = better results = advantage over others.

A games story should never be told through some fucking website, i definitly agree on that. But outside of that i think it all comes down to value, and thats largely opinion/income based. I dont think its a bad game but for me to be throwing around that kind of money on small titles like this is out of the question.

People act like this is some shocking revelation. Current gen consoles already are pretty much entry level PCs. All the things console gamers have been saying is bad about PC is now on consoles (installing games, buying parts like hard drive etc etc). MS is just pushing the inevitable.
