That's understandable since the following games were so much better, especially in terms of controls. At the time U1 was released it still was an amazing game but there was still a huge jump to the quality of U2 in direct comparison. I tried to replay all three games a while ago and couldn't cope with the inferior controls in Drake's Fortune and quit pretty early in the game because of that. Glad they addressed that issue on the remaster.
I say it's pretty much unlikely RDR on X1 is ever gonna happen due to all the magic Rockstar had to apply to make that game happen on those machines. It's one thing to emulate a basic Unreal Engine Game and a totally other thing to emulate a game on an engine like Rockstar's RAGE engine.

50% bIgger GPU and faster RAM are still on the PS4 side. Not sure if I would call it gigantic but definitely substancial.
