I game for 30 years on all platforms and to me the game was better than any COD, AC of the last years...actually the game means more to me than most games except for TLOU. Alot of people feel like that because the game is purely made with love and dedication and does care to be different. Isn't that what we missed so much lately?!
I even prefer 8 hours The Order to 100 boring hours Dragon Age Inquisition.

I sure hope the X1 can increase on it's performance. What everybody seems to ignore though is the PS4 will have the same benfits from Open GL next.
DX12 won't be benefitting X1 much. PC is where it's at.

No it wasn't an oldschool RPG. If it was it would have meaningful quests not MMO like fetch quests which are tideous and boring after the 3rd time.
It completely felt as if they took years to create these huge environments but in the end didn't have the ideas or the time to fill them with anything but boring fetch quests.
I loved both Dragon Age games before but yes, DAI was a tedious and boring game with lots of meaningless side quests. A step back. Better to have 30-40 great hours than 100 of boredom and occasional surprises.
Causal gamers aren't buying gaming PCs. With the disappointment about the lacking power of the new consoles and easier development more and more core gamers are switching to PC. It will be even more, after VR and HL3 kicks of. Stay tuned tomorrow 3.3. at 3pm at GDC.
Easy modding is what sold the 360 or the PSP in the first place.
Word of mouth is what sells this game..It's surely not the reviews.
I agree although I believe a huge factor is the used game market for The Order.
Also I might say it still performs admirably after all the hate it got. I'd even say that hate gave it a marketing push!

The PS4 version runs more smooth, has more effects, better lighting, better AA and better textures though.

Atm it seems the rest of the world is turning to PS4 though. Twice the sales per week. 4! times the sales in Europe. Curious if Titanfall will change anything about that situation.
at least you can name some great exclusives...i couldn't even do that for the xbox
I mostly game on PC...I never liked COD multiplayer. Why should I like this?
It doesn't take 5 hours. It takes 7-10 depending on your playstyle. Don't believe the fucking haters!
