but when you have both hands on your DS3(or SIXAXIS) and you need to tell someone to save your @$$ from some guy/monster/thing, you don't want to drop the controller to go to a keyboard, or press the PS button then find that person(who may not be your friend) and use that on screen keyboard to say "HELP ME&...
...but, this is not WoW, this is not MMORPG, this is not PC. This is White Knight Story/Chronicles on PS3, everyone who has a ps3 is not going to acquire a keyboard just for text chat, and ingame messaging will waste time....this is not a keyboard & mouse click game, you have to use the ps3 controller...if it were a keyboard/mouse ps3 game(oblivion could have been), then maybe text chat woould be ok - but it is not
...how else are we supposed to know what our teammates want us to do? Freakin in game messages??? The only way I'll let this pass, is if Sony implements cross game chat before the release of this game - which I don't see happening.

In their old ps2 games, there was a seperate save file for something like this, it kept track of all your achievements, and there were levels and such...i cant remember what it was called, but it kept track of all EA sports games i think, and if you had other games on it, you could unlock new stuff on certain games...similar to ratchet and clank games where old games unlocked stuff

and its not even a fanboy thing, i seriously here this story all the time from people saying once ps3 ports and multiplat games got straight, they had no reason for their 360, until like GoW2 comes out or somehting like that

That they need a receipt so they can prove that you didnt steal it from someone!?!?!? I got mine as a gift and the person who bought it for me still has the receipt because she also got one and they are both under an extended warranty.
She knew better than to buy someone a gift that expensive and then to throw away the receipt.
this is probably my most anticipated football game ever
hmm has a good chance because God of War is notoriously short, but nobody really knows what's going on there. I can't see Killzone 2 beating FF13 because like Bioshock and COD4 this year, its hard for a FPS to take on adventure/RPG games and win.
Oblivion raped the competition, and Gears of War had no competition that year. FFF13 + customizable characters = no sleep for me when the game is released.
I actually think that FF13's only GOTY competition will be FF vs 1...
I've been having issues and i waited in line and got it 2nd at the midnight release and was back at home before 1am
the patch fixes nothing for me and I am so close to just going back and getting my money back for this game...i actually think i am going to do that...and just wait for a while...i might just pass up on this game totally
