The durability of the weapons are a joke at best. I stopped raiding the small camps aiming for those special weapons as they'd break after 10 or so hits.
Botw is trying to be a jack of all trades and it shows that it falls flat at most of them.
They added crafting, well cooking. This is rather an in depth system, hunting is fun as well.
But they should've taken the weapon feature a step further along with the armors.

This is the same thought I had about the psvr, rather hyped. Now the things out I barely hear anything about it.
The Switch will pick up come Christmas 2017 for sure. Just how supported will the console be.
I think what they mean by "fake news" is that it's not really a news story. I agree in a way, each drop on anyone's unit will subsided different forces of impact.
No 2 drops will be alike in a way.
I'm playing breath of the wild at the moment. I think I'd probably enjoy Horizon much more.
Botw has a large open world that's hardly filled with enjoyable content.
Weapon breakage is a frustration, lack of experience and leveling depletes the need to kill creatures when you can run through them with very little ease.
It's not often I just want to rush through a game but Botw I have that feeling of completing the main story a...
If you had been following g the switch at all, you'd see a few threads a couple of weeks ago where they talk about elder scrolls and avoid saying if it's the remaster or standard. It's a mix between the two. Basically standard but on a a higher pc setting.
It was a decent game. A nice change. But it did over stayed it's welcome towards the end. Could've changed a few things to keep it interesting throughout.
I hope the next set of re games keep to this formula. Beats 4,5,6 and rev 1+2
What the... It's an article where you just list other gaming items for sale
It's not even trying to compare the £289 price tag with the other things.
For example: Instead of spending £289 on a switch you could spend £600 on a gtx 1080ti...
It's a pointless article based around page after page of adverts.
At the moment I'm unsuited as well. Got a large pile of other games to play as wow did take up a large portion of my free time.
Will get through my pile before I consider going back. :)
Legion is a great expansion
But I've grown into a style where I just can't be bothered to do group content that takes your own time to set up.
I got my character to max level, got to roughly 850 ilvl and was left facing either raiding or joining mythic + runs.
I tried getting into groups to be ignored or instantly declined.
I make my own group for people to join then leave.
I didn't want to get back to a raiding ...
@kevnb Nintendo leaked the files for breath of the wild via their eshop and it was cracked to work on loadiine. But heard it's not that stable with long load times, and random load periods through play. But it has to be loadiine causing the issue.
Hopefully this doesn't play like the leaked released hacked version. Heard it takes forever to load, and while out in the world the game can just pause to load graphics and content. But unsure if it's down to the hack (loadiine) or the game file.
It's a console I'd love to get some point down the line. It's just not something I want day one with a very small library of titles I'm interested in.
The New Mario title coming out looks great, that's on my list for sure. But along with Zelda, and that. Only 2 games I'm excited for, it's not a good way to spend £280+ for me.
Bring on year 2 list of developers, and releases.
Most of that list seems to be BC games. It'll be a good service down the line. But if that's list is anything to go by, I doubt I'd be impressed for a while.
If my xbox one was worth enough, I'd trade it in for a switch. I don't play the thing, since I have a ps4 as well.
Also, when a game is a multi part series, there's going to be too much lore to pick from. Warcraft is just full of too much story, but it never feels like it's enough to great it high ratings.
It's like silent hill the 2nd movie. Felt they spent too much time with the story that they had to rush why Heather went back to Silent Hill.
But I'm glad those movies are made the way they were. Hell we could've had another laughable Resident ...
As much as I want the Switch to succeed. Old classic mobile ports of indie games isn't really something to celebrate over.
The more AAA and 3rd party AAA games that come to the system. the better chance id purchase one. I don't want another Wii U in the years to come.
Also borderlands plays so much better in the remastered.
For the xbox 360, the menus are out of size for the screen (was for bl1) that you'd use the right analog to pan the screen so you can see what you're doing.
Honestly, they should remaster bl1. That along with the handsome jack collection, it's an amazing bundle of value.
If ya only got lemons...
It's one of those gems that's on the xbox one. Was really surprised how good it was.
Only issue with digital is that you do not own the game. Gamers don't trust companies when they want to just give up on a project. Sony revoking your account for silly reasons etc.
it's not a market where, we the gamers are safe.
