I think PS3 is doing good though too expensive price and there are no games or few tittles to play for fun.
The next DVD format war leads to no benefit to consumers.

PS3's GPU is Nvidia Geforce7800 base right ?
If so, Geforce 7 series can't work AA and HDR together instead of Xbox360' ATI based GPU and this game seems to be useing HDR function, so can't boost full AA.
From this point of view, PS3 is weaker than Xbox360.
It's just simple hardware's capability issue so there is no help for it.

Multi platform limeted to potential that the game suposed to be.
Each platforms, including PC have its own advantages and disadvantages, 360 is cheaper, PS3 has high capacity disc, PC has high capacity of physical memory, etc, so I want Devs create games specialized for one platform.
after that, it's ok to port another.

I think Biochok is not a shooter, just a action game. Its shooter part is little bit dull as FPS.
cuz it's not required aiming. AI just run straight toward player when they notice player and close combat begin.

I think that MS had better spend money the other regions instead of wasting money in Japan market.
