Like it or not, the WiiU is a next gen console.
See, the Wii was a seventh gen console and the WiiU is it's successor. What comes after seven, boys and girls? Don't be shy! I know it's hard for you to count to any number above two but you have to try!
What? Oh, yes, you're absolutely right, Itachi83! The number is 8. Here is a gold star and a cookie!
That would mean it's a 8th gen console like the PS4 and XboxOne, meaning ...
They did say that they do not respond to rumors and speculation. They also said not to trust any teasers that aren't officially from their channels.
I have played almost all Final Fantasysto date, including the MMOs and console and handheld spinoffs (Everything from tactics to 4 heroes of light) and I can honestly say I enjoyed the XIII series. Well, XIII did get boring at time but XIII-2 fixed the issues I had with the original.
As long as it's not another generic dude bro shooter, I'll look forward to it.
Never had a doubt about it.
Edit: Hey, you have to admit the song is kind of catchy.
It is the best time ever to own a handheld. They have been getting so many good games lately.
I forgot all about that one. I really want to hear about that.
I hope it's either X or Zelda.
Those are the things I want to know about the most.
I agree. Part of the reason the WiiU is not doing well is because Nintendo has been putting most of it's attention into the 3DS. They keep pumping out games for the 3DS while the WiiU is left to starve in a dark corner.
SEGA really can't regret Bayonetta 2 being exclusive because they were never going to bother with the series again. The only reason why Bayonetta 2 is being made is because Nintendo is funding part of development and publishing it.
SEGA had no interest in Bayonetta and did not care about Bayonetta. I doubt they regret much since the first game didn't sell massive numbers either.
I would call it desperate. Most of the bundles are for hardware that is already moving a serious amount of units.
Anyways, I didn't know they had a Zelda 3DS XL bundle. I'll be snagging one of those.
It is completely possible to balance a good single player mode and a good multiplayer mode.
Older CODs did it. Developers are just getting lazy.
@LOL_WUT
"if it wasn't why else did Nintendo drop support for that platform long time ago"
Because they had a new console on the way. The same reason the 360 hasn't received any solid support for over 3 years and support is still dropping.
The Wii had a gimmick. The whole system wasn't a gimmick itself.
You could play a large number of games without the gimmicky controls.
He wasn't a saint but he did great things.
They were only open for 2 years, apparently. So they couldn't have done much.
What is with all you guys thinking this is funny? It's really not that funny.
Not really. Since as I stated to you before, Nintendo's handhelds today are doing better than the GBA did.
GBA: Around 80 million
Nintendo DS: Around 150 million
And the 3DS will suprass what the GBA did in no time. Considering the GBA was around for about 7 years and the 3DS already moved a large fraction of what the GBA did in 2 years.
That's all they need to do, port. No need to make game for it specifically.
And it's possible to port and still have good controls, Square Enix did it with Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy games.
And now you guys the real reason there isn't backwords compatibility. Why do that when they can sell you a game, one you probably already own, a second time?
