Exactly how I felt.
Watchdogs has better foliage, better NPC faces, better clothing textures, and a higher NPC density.
However, I have to say that the NPC reactions to the stickup was pretty lame. I felt GTAV was more realistic in that aspect. She started running, then she suddenly stopped and turned back towards him, something most people in that situation would not do.
As long as it's optional and they don't force everyone to play with this ramped up difficulty.
Personally, I don't play Fallout games for the difficulty or combat. I play them for the roleplaying aspects, roaming the world, and making choices.
