What you guys don't understand is that Rockstar wanted GTA Online to be it's own thing from the start. They wanted the SP and MP to be two seperate things. It was advertised like that from the beginning.
Rockstar never attempted to lump the two together. They always treated like two different games on the same disc. It's supposed to be two different packages, not just one. They want it to materialize into it's own game.
The problems with GTA online will show up in the GTA online reviews. It has to be reviewed over time because it's constantly evolving, like an MMO.
So what about the reviewers that did like the game and gave it a high score?
It's all based on opinions. You don't have to "gobble anything sony-related" to like the game.
This is a solid game. It's not a perfect 10, but it does deserve higher than this. It's gripping and really knows how to pull you in. There are a few issues though.
Add a slew of new features for the gamepad, extra gameplay and beefed up visuals and I'm in.
The Xbox can play 4K games? That's bs!
4k Pacman, maybe.
I'm not defending anything. I don't even like this series, to tell you the truth. I like darker and grittier anime.
I was just pointing out that this is a very popular series and this game selling is no surprise.
Also, what's wrong with ecchi? I don't care for moe, but don't bash the ecchi man.
You have awful taste! You are just like the author of this article. You know nothing of Japan.
Your name is the exact reaction I had after reading that dribble. "Lol Wut?"
These guys don't even know anything about that game.
It is based on a VERY popular anime and novel series. They are judging it based on the name and description, which is wrong.
They know nothing of Japan!
Resident Revelations wasn't that bad. It felt more like RE than 5 and 6. It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't horrible.
And it's not just the critics who like MH3 on WiiU. It has an 8.0 user score. It was a good game.
These games were good, that's why they gave them the scores. I like a lot of Capcom's games too.
But I can see as a whole, the company is starting to lose it.
I doubt Mighty No. 9 would have raised 4 million if nobody cared about Megaman. That money could have easily been Capcom's.
Don't forget the horrible dialog and storey telling.
It's like the humor was written by a twelve year old. And they butchered the story.
Go back to the reviews. Notice that they only talk about the single player portion. They reviewed the game when it was released.
They don't have to say "single player review".
If you actually looked it up, you would notice that IGN has a seperate review for GTA online.
http://www.ign.com/articles...
You are from from...
Those reviews were for the single player portion of the game. A lot of reviewers are reviewing the portions separately.
That's basically what I'm saying with Diablo 3. "Thanks for beta testing for us. Your woes didn't go to waste"
"And to me GTA V looks next-gen."
That's what he said. He is trying to say that GTA V is a current gen game that can compete with next gen ones. He is talking about how large the scope of the game and how great it looks. He is not saying GTA is on next gen consoles. He is saying that, to him, the game looks a good as any next gen game, even though it's not for next gen.
Look at everything he is saying instead of just focusing on the words &q...
It looks the same. A little better because of the HD but the differences are minor.
How could that be taken as a hint that GTA V is on next gen consoles?
What they're trying to say is that the scope of GTA V is incredible and can be compared to net gen games even though it's not for next gen.
They said nothing that hinted "our games will be on next gen consoles"
