XBL has gone down a couple of times in it's lifetime. There hasn't been any times recently but I remember it went down earlier last year and a whole bunch of people couldn't get on.
10/10 doesn't always mean flawless and perfect. It means that the reviewer got the maximum level of enjoyment out of it. It's one of the best experiences he ever hadand he really enjoyed it.

You also exaggerated on how people reacted to BF4 on PC, which was pretty f'd up. There weren't that many articles about it.

This really won't affect them much. These games are coming out of an exclusive deal with Nintendo. That probably means Nintendo has already, most likely, thrown some money their way.
