I tried both of those games, and for me I love minecraft due to being able to building whatever you wanted to build, and you can see it in 3D, even though fights could be a little disappointing, it's a REALLY good building game, it's rather lovely!
But then Terraria I've tried out a little bit, it looks good, but I don't like the 2D, I at least can't imagine myself in the houses, while in Minecraft I can. Although being able to build a city in terraria sounds pret...

Hah, Freedom fighter was awesome, was one of the first games on my xbox i think (: And star wars battlefront was/is amaaazing! loved it how you can play as anything from star wars, jedi, sith (lord vader ftw) or the big ass walkers. And even space combat! was sure a loot of fun! (: I think im actually gonna play it now!

Mate not everyone wants to spend hundreds of euros on gaming even though their working. Most people have other things to spend their money on. like i found CoD black ops for 30 while its still 60 euros here in NL.
But I would say out of 25 games, 3 or 4 are second hand games! And I share games with my friends, what a crime right!
Well, as long as they make keep making creative and amazing games I wouldn't worry about sales (as long as the economy doesn't get worse), games will still be able to sell relatively well as long as they are of excellent quality.
Grapahics doesn't matter. A destructible environment (more than windows!). And a little more health. Looked at some MW3 videos and most people die by just a few shots (i know this is realistic, but that goes waaaay too fast for my liking.) even though its part of the Cod experience! (:

Damn, quite the difference between IW and treyarch. IW focuses more on explosions and bombs and guns and quick action. while treyarch focuses more on slow paced stories. the story with Black ops was fun and i was always curious who was actually interrogating me the whole time throughout the game. It had a really nice twist! And Black ops had zombies. Zombie mode is awesome. :)
It is retarded, because each game has a different rating to different people's opinions.
It's like some people think MW3 deserves 9's or 10's even, while other just believe it should be 6's, or even a 2. But it should actually depend on what the person is writing, if he's writing 'OMG THIS GAME IS FUCKING AWESOME BECAUSE ITS COD.' or 'ITS COD4 DLC' then there's something flawed with the review and the score shouldn't really be considere...

Zombies was the only reason why I'm playing Black ops :) That alone makes the game.
I remember when games like halo released their new games with ACTUAL REMAKES of old maps that they actually spent time and effort on!

Unless they are actually written user reviews. Sometimes I even think they are better than the critics because they speak more in a consumer perspective. Most of the time, but then there are those disappointed reviewers, but you can usually tell that by the way they write.

While I actually quite enjoy CoD's gameplay. I wish they gave out more content or was more innovative with game modes (and I'm not talking about one new game mode).
I mean, what the hell do they do actually?
And MW2 seems to be the same as MW3 with just a few new things as they removed the kill streaks (oh my what an effort!) and CoD elite (BF2 had a similar thing to this, although a much more complicated buddy system).

I just pay dinner for my gf every now and then and give her some original presents. Originality is a boyfriend's best friend! (: (And it pays off a lot better!)
