Poorly written article. God of War has been know for over the top violence and gore for years. Why should it be tone down now? People are trying to act as if violence is now getting over the top in video games when in reality, it's been this way for years and no one said anything until now. Ridiculous.

you do realize the gameplay demo wasn't intended for the hardcore gamer right? It was intended for the casual person who might be interested. Like someone said earlier, why let Jimmy have the controller and ruin what could be a good first impression on the general public? The man showed he could barely play Uncharted 3 and that's straight-forward as hell.
The fact remains that the game looks bad. Period. For a system Nintendo is going to great lengths to try and say is more powerful than the PS3/360, it's sure doing a bad job at showing it. A port like this should be nothing for the Wii U but evidence has shown us otherwise. I'm sure we'll see better looking games later on in the generation but Wii U is looking more like a stop-gap consoles and not a true next gen leap.

30 Vita games on the E3 floor. The reason none of these games were shown was because marketing didn't think it would be good to try and show them off on stage at the conference. They are letting journalists get the hands on scoop with the games. This was told to me by a friend who is at E3 so I believe him.
