was able to do this because it introduced something people had never really seen before with the Wiimote. With the Wii U pad, people are going to see this as just like their iPad or tablet and think it's an add-on to their regular Wii. Nintendo honestly has their work cut out despite the Nintendo faithfuls pre-ordering the Wii U.

When I lived in Japan, I spent many hours during the week in the arcades playing TTT2, SFIVAE, BlazBlue, UFO catchers, Beatmania IIDX, etc. Japanese arcades destroy American arcades.

Yeah, no. Publishers don't care what the WiiU is doing. It's kind of telling when EA, one of the biggest publishers out there is throwing piecemeal games at the WiiU instead of developing something exclusive for it. Everyone is waiting for the PS4/720.
Please tell me when Nintendo is letting you buy one game for the 3DS and giving you a free game for the WiiU and vice versa that can be transferred back and forth for at home and mobile game play? Also, show me where the 2nd analog nub is on the 3DS to allow you to play your so called games like ZombiU, Black Ops 2 etc. on your 3DS like your WiiU.

What a ridiculous comment. A majority of America still has SDTVs and need an AV cable straight from the box. Watch how many people freak out about having to go and buy another cable for their tv. I'm guessing you wouldn't see it that way though.
However, it won't put up big numbers because it will not have enough to go around just like the Wii. Also, the hype for Wii U will fade faster than the Wii.
