Is the writer auditioning for IGN?
Missed opportunity to have mitch McConnell as a turtle come in.
Used to be better before EA got involved.
That's not really saying much.
I agree. I think it's going to change the majority of games into multiplayer focused and have lots of cosmetics and microtransactions. Single player games are just not going to fit very well on a subscription model.
Gonna call it now. Open world games that are multiplayer focused that will have no microtransactions or loot boxes at launch, but will add them 4 months later.
I think I saw somewhere that the profits of FIFA ultimate team could fund the entirety of EA by itself. People paying for microtransactions are what keeps this company alive.
I would love to have the dashboard start off as you as an avatar in a customizable room where you navigate the dashboard by going around the room and doing various things. Want to play a game? Go to the shelf and pick out the game. Want to go to the playstation store, go to the computer. Want to join a party, leave the room and join the hosts room and have it set up like a lan party.
It was listed in the article in bullet points.
In the picture it shows the ps4 version on the disc.
Still? Strong?
Not really hating it's just the way it is. Most people that get an xbox get them for the shooters, racers, and action adventure games. How many JRPGs are successful as exclusives for xbox?
Quickest way to kill a turn based rpg is to release it on the xbox one only. Would be better to release on the switch and PS4 as well.
For the handheld market it will be fine. For the console market it will struggle. Itll be fine though because it will take place of the 3ds and they might do a price drop to be competitive.
RIP YS. Last game they ever will make. Maybe they know it too with all these bad decisions to get as much cash as possible out of the gate.
Honestly think its bots. Usually these articles get a lot of upvotes for calling it out and very little downvotes. And today it's over a hundred down votes for calling this article out. Something isnt adding up.
Seems like there's a lot of bots in this comment thread...
Wouldnt be a bit surprised if EA also lobbied to have it changed. This could have given a lot of FIFA fans a chance to check out the competition for free and could have financial repercussions for EA going forward.
No, but It could give Fifa fans a chance to try it and see if they like it any better.
If hes a chess player then hes not a very good one. I would liken him more to a gambler.
