500 dollars would probably be a bargain. Keep in mind that project Lockhart may still be announced. This is their entry level next gen console that would be far cheaper. This thing could be 600 dollars and the entry level console, if Microsoft goes that direction, could be 400.
If you're going by sales the PS3 actually outsold the Xbox 360, but there was another console that released in 2006 that outsold the 360 and PS3 called the Nintendo Wii.
I'm honestly trying to think of the last good EA title besides Apex and fallen order.
Please no. Xbox games pass is a great deal now, but just wait because it's going to change. The whole design of games pass was to kill physical sales of games because Microsoft had no control over them and made less money off them, especially when people shared their game. This is just a rebranded attempt at DRM. I think gamespass will morph their strategy for gaming by adding a ton of microtransaftions and I think the service will get more expensive at some point next generation.
Sunset overdrive probably will never happen. Microsoft didn't really seem interested in a sequel and now PlayStation owns Insomniac. Sea of thieves is likely, but if they do I hope they learn from the mistakes of the first game and actually fill it up with content at launch. Fable is rumored to be in development over at playground so that one seems to be happening. I imagine we'll see it during the Livestream for E3.
You can for both consoles. PS5 will announce what third party SSD's are compatible closer to launch and Xbox will have a proprietary upgrade.
I've gone to a few gamestops and they've all told me the same thing. We only carry a few extra copies of new games outside of preorders. Maybe you live in a big city where they don't do that practice idk, but I live in a midsize city of about 400k people.
They don't carry many new games in stock anymore. Come for all the formally overpriced used games I guess.
This is terrible news. I would have much rather them stay independent than go to that company.
Isn't Jason Schreier the one who mass banned people on Twitter for asking about the gaming journalist bias against anyone who isn't progressive?
Yeah, using the new last of theme currently.
I think theres a reason they haven't announced price yet though....
I'd be stunned if PlayStation didn't offer this. Guess we'll find out.
I don't see why they couldn't do what square is doing and just hold an online conference. Also, naughty dog has expressed a desire to go.
Always that one reviewer.
Just waiting for that one random outlet to give it a 3 out of 10. You know it's coming.
Well it's partly EA's fault for how they mishandle Bioware.
Well they eventually did add it with Gamespass. Although an optional version of it for now.
Is Forbes now a sponsor of Xbox. A lot of questionable articles coming from them recently.
That's a weird take considering it's a third party games event and so far as we know none of the titles are exclusive.
