3rd parties have actually been doing well on the switch lately, with some games even selling better then their playstation counterparts.
What the title doesn't say is that Nintendo suggested saving this game for their next system but Unisoft decided to release it on switch anyway
If being stuck in 2007 means that we still get good games from Nintendo, then I'm happy them staying there.

It's a remake of a psp game, and what they showed doesn't look like anything that couldn't run on a switch decently

Playstation owners would actually need buying the rune factory games for them to start bringing them over
Rune factory 4 special is on playstation and it didn't sell and no one bought oceans/tides of destiny (PS3&Wii)
It hardly matters since 80 to 90% of all games that release across all 3 consoles sell best on playstation anyway, with only a small handful doing better on Nintendo (not counting exclusives, timed or otherwise)

Sony has a history of doing their version of a Nintendo thing, and just not putting in enough effort
Most of PlayStation's gamers will overlook this for the same reasons they don't care much for the switch, they want their big games on a big console on their 4k tv's

Nintendo's success in Japan is more likely that Nintendo is just more popular then Sony is over there, regardless of system
It's a bit hypocritical that people here spent the past 6+ years complaining that we stop comparing Nintendo switch sales to playstation because its "just a handheld" and the playstation 4, and now 5 are these big home consoles and they are different, only for them now to come here and get mad because Zelda doesn't look or run like a game on playstation but people enjoy it anyway because it's a marvelous handheld game running on 2015 tech
