The switch games are quite a step up from 3ds, well worth the price in most cases

Note: the Nintendo switch version is based off the western version of the Wii U title, which potentially (not confirmed) could mean the outfit changes and removal of the breast slider for the female character creation

Patents on game mechanics are bad no one should have them
People want Nintendo to lose as a big middle finger to the company, but if Nintendo wins then they set a precedent for others to follow which could be bad for Nintendo themselves if they end up infringing on a patent owned by someone else
The one I'm reminded of is, a few years ago Sony patented something to do with AI controlling a characters moments in a game to "help get past difficult or grindy parts" of a game

You are all downplaying the switch's success because "duur weak 2015 handheld" so when people start rating it on its own merits of the handheld you have all been calling it for the past 8 years NOW you decide it's double standards. How does that work?

Not really, the switch is ahead over in Asia by quite a large margin, and is closing in on the PS2 in America, after that it's just Europe and the UK

Saying these games are 3ds levels is like saying the last of us part 1 on ps5 could run on a PS3, except the last of us P1 came from the PS3, and a lot more work went into the switch titles then the ctrl C, ctrl V playstation did for 90% of that game
