i dont even consider this an expasion anymore. i mean it contains a story thats got a pretty good length, a side story thing, firefight, the WHOLE halo 3 multiplayer with all maps packs and exclusive ODST maps (all the map packs cost $10 so thats 30 bucks of value right there), an open world, and most likely continued support by bungie. yah w sure are getting ripped off on this expansion. honestly ifit didnt have halo 3 in the title ( instead being named haol od...

how is this negative ps3 news? all their saying is that their mad because ps3 gets a greatly superior version of a game that was supposed to be 360 exclusive. theyd be fine if both consoles had the game as long as neither was gimped.

i disagree. i believe that it startd as just an expansion pack, but i believe tha bungie have added enough features since then to call this a brand new game. i think tha the only reason why people still think it an xpansion is because its has halo 3 in its name (which i think is unneccesary) and the devs claims of it only being an expansion when it was announced.
actually your basically buying two brand new halo story modes, halo 3s multiplayer complete with every map pack inclding exclusive ODST ones which would cost 30 bux for halo 3 but are free with ODST), and the all new firefight mode. And with bungies history with halo 3 , theyll probbalbly support this gme for a long time to come. next time make sur you know your facs before trying to troll

meh... i was really looking forward to this until the demo... t was really laggy and had a crap frame rate... i might get this thoug once he price goes down as its actually really fun and has beautiful maps. id rent this or try the demo before anyone buys it.

i live in ATL and have yet to see a single advertisement. i do however hope they advertise it right this time.the ps3 has some serious potential and should be marketed as such.
i bet it will be done twice as fast as 13 as they dont need to worry about the 360 version and storage.

i dont know what your talking about. i havent seen a single advertisement for the slim and if its anything like how they usually advertise... well it wont end well.
if theyre going to advertise it extensively then i hope they dont try those stupid stupid earlier ps3 ads where it was like this big scary black thing that looked like it was only for the hardcore. that kinda advertisement doesnt work well when you try to crack the casual market.
how is it milking a series when its giving us fans what we want? its not like they keep on making half baked games or crappy spin off games (i really enjoyed halo wars). as long as they keep making good games and giving the fans what they want then they should be ble to do that for as long as they like.
actually (cant remeber where i read it) but bungie said hat they arent goig to bother with the ps3 FOR NOW as they dont have an engine for it and theyre not that big of a studio. id say expect them to focus on the pc and 360 for right now.
for the story and powers, yes.
for glitch free graphically beautiful game, no.
its still one of my favorite games on the xbox though sooooo... yah i recommend it, even if its just a try.
remake the first on e bug free. then talk about the trilogy.
