My problem with the entire thing is how Nintendo is trying to push digital purchases so much. Nintendo systems have a one year warranty on them, so if the system breaks down after that, you will have to have your system repaired to retrieve your purchases. 3ds does have the system transfer, but this does you no good if you cannot power on the system or use the touchscreen to navigate through the system settings.
