its a stand alone, you dont need to own Far Cry 3 to play Blood Dragon.
its using the engine and the game mechanics from FC3, but set in a retro package filled with references to movies and video games of the 80s. i see it as a crazy spin off.
this looks better than any solo missions DLC they could have added to FC3 IMO.
love this one http://t.qkme.me/3tq4sp.jpg
can anyone explain why the game is "broken" after that patch? you cant complete it? what's up?
Kojima is MGS just as much as Hayter is Snake's voice.
@crazytown99
we copy/paste.
its a game with a moustache.
a game is an experience, you shouldnt separate both terms.
interactivity is what makes video games different than movies.
so basically, im trying to say the same thing Chaostar said but he's getting agrees and im getting disagrees... i dont get it.
arrogant/pretentious, whatever you call it. he makes me think of Molyneux sometimes. he could be more humble.
some people see Cage as the one who brings focus on emotions but focus on emotions started with PS2, before Heavy Rain. they called the PS2 chip "Emotion Engine" for a reason.
his tech demo at P...
Cage is arrogant because he is convinced he knows better than everyone else. he makes a lot of assomptions about what gamers need or even the industry as a whole.
i dont mind the guy being obsessed with graphics (im obsessed too) but he cares too much about mimicking reality when his games lack compelling gameplay.
i had much more emotions from MGS3. wont spoil the story but i would say it was more mature too, the game really made me think about what loyalty ...
all those Kaz gifs make me happy.

i agree with xBigxBossx.
i've played about 10 games from that list and out of those 10 games, there are only 2 i would rate a 9. Rayman: Origins and Okami HD. Rayman because its a beautifully crafted game, gameplay, graphics and sound, its all amazing. plus its a genre that we dont see much anymore, 2D platforming. and Okami because its really something special. and thats what a 9 should be, "something special".
Far Cry 3 was a lot of fun but th...
@BakedGoods
in this day and age, things are not written into stone anymore. when the game is updated, update the review. problem solved.
@NeverEnding1989
have you heard about Morgan Freeman? he's done some good movies, you should check it.
by the time the game launches on PS3 and 360, it would feel like an "old" game, which is understandable. i guess that justifies a simultaneous launch, even if it sucks for the wii U owners.
the stupid thing was announce the game as a wii U exclusive in the first place, especially when you know that Rayman Origins came on all platforms imaginable.
im glad its coming to my platform of choice anyway, cant wait for it. Origins was beast!
im still waiting for a game as innovative as Shenmue was.
@Software_Lover
putting a recognizable character in a game is not "milking a serie". its a move to appeal to the people who like said character.
having Solid Snake in Smash Bros Melee doesnt "milk" the MGS serie. you cant make a list of all the games Mario is in and call it "the Mario franchise", because they're different games.
@aCasualGamer
nope, this generation's best console multiplayer FPS was Bad Company 2, hands down.
your comment made me curious, so i checked your links. this is what came up.
these are what I'd count as legit "core games making" Microsoft Studios
1. 343 Industries (Halo series)
2. Turn 10 Studios (Forza Motorsport series)
3. Lionhead Studios (Fable series)
the rest is a bunch of "Untitled Project" which could be absolutely nothing. its been 4 years since Rare released a game that wasnt Kinect-based so i didn...
